Rough set based modeling for welding groove bottom state in narrow gap MAG welding
2014年国际机器人焊接、智能化与自动化会议（RWIA'2014）暨第十届中国机器人焊接会议（CCRW'2014）——Rotating arc Narrow Gap Welding(NGW) is a high-efficiency,good quality welding method.The important thing is to make enough sidewall penetration.The groove state will greatly affect the variation of welding current and voltage.It will affect the seam tracking's accuracy and even the sidewall penetration.It is necessary to know the groove state for better welding quality control.It is hard to identify the groove bottom state only by arc sensor information.We added the vision sensor information.
