The 7th ENGII Conference（Workshop7 2015）——In this report, the principles, structures and manipulating characteristics of the piezoelectric devices, proposed and developed by our group for nano-manipulations, are reviewed, and the challenges facing the piezoelectric nano manipulation technology are discussed.
