Sensitive saturable absorption response of large-size topological insulator and application in low-threshold solid-sate pulsed laser（1）
2014 International Conference on Functional Materials（ICFM 2014）——The nonlinear saturable absorption of topological insulator Bi2Te3 and application in solid-state pulsed laser have been investigated.The Bi2Te3 sheets with the lateral up to the order of micrometer exhibited sensitive saturable absorption response to photoexciation.
