GMR/TMR Materials and Related Spintronic Devices（1）
2014 International Conference on Functional Materials（ICFM 2014）——GMR/TMR materials are firstly introduced,and then the related devices including spintronic sensors,isolators and magnetic random access memory(MRAM) are reviewed from a perspective of materials,device functionalities and applications.Furthermore,the suggestions are given on how to commercialize spintronic devices.
