Enhancement of Photocatalytic Performances via Surface Structure(2)

2014 International Conference on Functional Materials(ICFM 2014)——A new type photocatalysts with surface oxygen-vacancies were fabricated by vacuum heat and controllable hydrogen reduction.The VB can be broaded via the formation of surface oxygen vacancy,which promoted the separation efficiency of photoinduced electrons and holes,and result in the enhancement of photocatalytic activity about twice.
