Covalent Nitride Materials:Shifting from Structural Ceramics to Phosphors（2）
2014 International Conference on Functional Materials（ICFM 2014）——In this presentation,we will overview the luminescence spectra of rare earth-activate nitride materials and discuss the structure-property relationships.The use of nitride phosphor in solid state lighting and field emission displays will be also addressed.
