Composition Adjustment and Structure Design of Phosphor with High-Thermal Stability（1）
2014 International Conference on Functional Materials（ICFM 2014）——It is believed that the white light emitting diodes(W-LEDs),especially the ones with high power and efficiency,will become the next generation lighting source.Nevertheless,the rapid development of W-LEDs is still facing many problems such as thermal decay.Here the thermal stability was ehanced by three means:adjustment of composition,control of micro-morphology and design of maro-structure.
