Efficiency Enhancement of Si Solar Cells by Using Spectral Conversion Technique through Downshifting Rare Earth Phosphors（1）
2014 International Conference on Functional Materials（ICFM 2014）——In this research we will present and demonstrate two effective methods to enhance conversion efficiency of Si solar cells by using LDS phosphors.We will report the investigation results of surface microstructure,reflectance spectance,eternal QE (EQE),and J-V characteristics of all LDS phosphor-modified Si solar cells.
