Local adaptation index for measuring climate change adaptation effectiveness：Some considerations for the drought prone areas of Gangetic Basin
第十一届国际旱地发展会议——The relative ranking of indicators varied with the type of practices prioritized across the study locations. However,within the same study location,the association between indicators and practices and demographic background varied widely. Lack of association berween indicators and practices and demographic background varied widely. Lack of association between indicators and practices seems to suggest that the effectiveness of a wide range of practices could be assessed by a common set of indicators. Association between demographic backgrounds and indicators suggest careful consideration for them.
