Development of soft magnetic Fe-based bulk metallic glasses with excellent thermoplastic formability(2)

第二届海峡两岸功能材料科技与产业峰会(2015)——Substitution of Co and Ni for Fe in a Fe75P10C10B5 metallic glass is effective for the improving the stability of supercooled liquid and GFA. The Tx exceeding 50 K and dc of over 1 mm were obtained in a composition range from 0 to 45 at.% Co and 0 to 40 at.% Ni in Fe75-x-yCoxNiyP10C10B5 alloy system. the Fe-based BMGs with high relative densities has been fabricated by SPS using the metallic glass powder. The BMGs exhibit good soft magnetics and mechanical properties.
