Ten year retrospective of the research and applications ZnO based diluted magnetic semiconductors in NCKU
第二届海峡两岸功能材料科技与产业峰会（2015）——In our previvous work, we only focus on the semiconducting or insulating TM doped ZnO DMS samples. We suppose the origin of RTFM in ZnO DMS comes from bound carries-related FM.
