一类新型荧光性交联聚磷腈纳米粒子的设计、制备及在分子检测和荧光成像中的应用

第六届海内外中华青年材料科学技术研讨会(2015)——It is a significant issue to overcome the concentration-quenching effect of the small fluorescent probes and maintain the high fluorescent efficiency at high concentration for sensitive and selective fluorescent mark or detection. We developed a new strategy to 'isolate' and 'fasten' fluorescent moieties into a highly cross-linked polyphosphazene (PZS). The resulting fluorescent PZS nanoparticles can emit bright fluorescence both in powder state and in solution because the aggregation of fluorescent moieties in "H-type" (face-to-face) and "J-type" (edge-to-edge) was effectively blocked. The fluorescent PZS nanoparticles also showed superior resistance to photobleaching, protein interferes, and had a high sensitivity and selectivity for the detection of dopamine and Hg2+ ions, respectively. The fluorescent nanoparticles were therefore acted as an ideal material for preparing test strips to quickly detect/monitor the dopamine and Hg2+ ions in a facile way. In addition, the DBF-PZS also showed low toxicity and could be also used for bioimaging.
