Perpendicular magnetic anisotropy of Heusler alloy based films（1）
第六届海内外中华青年材料科学技术研讨会（2015）——Reduction of Co and Fe ions happened during annealing, causing a better environment for orbital hybridization. Strong PMA was realized for a thick CFAS or CMS layer owing to the dual contributions from the orbital hybridization at Pd/CFAS or CMS and CFAS or CMS/MgO interfaces.
