Non-Thermal Plasma Applied to Acetone Polluted Water: a Possibility to Decontaminate and to Obtain High Energetic Gase
2015 International Conference on Water Resource and Environment(WRE2015)——The present work depicts results acquired from a chemical model and validated by a set of experiments on the treatment of acetone-polluted water by a non-thermal plasma technique. Results reveal the formation of hydrogen and carbon monoxide, a combination of gases better known as syngas, which were then clarified with a chemical kinetic model.
