Role of Parenting in Social Harmony by The Development of Personality and Well Being of Adolescents
The 5th Conference on Psychology and Social Harmony（CPSH 2015）——The present study aims to explore the relationship between parenting style and personality development and well being of adolescents for social harmony. Different parenting style-Authoritarian Parenting, Authoritative Parenting, Neglectful parenting, Indulgent parenting by Baumrind and different personality traits Stable extraverts, Unstable extraverts, Stable introverts, Unstable introverts by Eysenck were used to see the relationship.
