Aeolian sand transport rate and vertical mass flux profiles above sandy beach covered with pebbles
The Eighth International Conference on Aeolian Research(ICAR VIII 2014)——This research aimed at investigating the aeolian sand transport over a beach surface covered with pebbles.The experiments were intendent to study the sand transport rate in relation to the density of pebble coverage and the vertical distribution of sand with changing wind speed.The results were compared with results of measurements made on sandy surface without pebbles.
