Comparison of physicochemical properties of extruded whole and germinated barley with CO2 injection

2014 Spring World Congress on Engineering and Technology (SCET 2014)——Whole and germinated barley flour were extruded under different die temperatures and CO2 injection.The physicochemical properties of extruded whole barley(EWB) were compared to extruded germinated barley (EGB).
