第十一届国际旱地发展会议——The climatic features characterizing Dobrogea indicate that this area should be included in the semi-arid regions of Europe.Even if it is not in the Mediterranean zone,but in a colder climate zone,this region would probably suffer more severely versus other regions from this country due to actual and future global changes expected worldwide.
