The Control of Reflective Light from Cholesteric Liquid Crystalline Films

2014 International Conference on Functional Materials(ICFM 2014)——It suggests that once the pitch or pitch gradient of cholesteric liquid crystals could be regulated arbitrarily,the flection wavelength and bandwidth could be regulated.According to this principle,a series of cholesteric liquid crystal films with controllable pitch gradient distribution for optical modulation.
