第二届重庆材料大会——介绍了A dual phase , hierarchical nanostructured CrCoNi MEA thin film Was deposited by magnetron sputtering. The alloy possesses a size-independent yield strength up to ~ 4 Gpa ,primarily due to its hierarchical microstructure. The deformation behaviour was strongly dependent on the sample Size.
