Silicon photonic devices for signal modulation, switching and analog processing（1）
The 8th International Symposium on Photonics and Optoelectronics（SOPO2015）——We propose a spatial light modulator and a nanobeam modulator using silicon-graphene hybrid structures with preliminary experimental results. The two devices are expected to operate at speeds higher than 80 GHz, with modulation depths larger than 10 dB.
