Novel optical polymers: an additional degree of freedom for photonics applications（1）
The 8th International Symposium on Photonics and Optoelectronics（SOPO2015）——In our research, we demonstrate a way to manipulate an imaginary part of the refractive index via creating a weak halogen binding between PMMA matrix and DR chromophores. It gives a possibility to use such EOP for amplitude modulation of the propagating optical signal without shifting the absorption resonance wavelength.
