Localization of the human neonatal Fc-gamma receptor(hFcRn) in the human nasal epithelium
International Conference on Agricultural and Biological Sciences(ABS2015)——FcRn is found in many species and fullfills similar functions. It is expressed in rats, mice , guinea pigs, rabbits, monkeys, cattle, sheep, pigs and horses. It has functions in transmission of passove immunity from mother to offspring via placenta, milk and transportation of IgG and IgG-antigen complexes across epithelia.
