Graphene/carbon nanotubes hybrid for electronics & energy storage(2)

2014中国国际石墨烯创新大会(Grap-China 2014)——Large area graphene is now available from chemical vapour deposition. Although question still exists to grow high quality graphene, the use of large area graphene opens several applications in many different research areas. I will desmonstrate several examples of such applications: i) graphene/carbon nanotubes (CNTs) hybrids for flexible and stretchable thin film transistors and ii) 3D graphene/CNT hybrids for high power and high energy density supercapacitors. If time is allowed, I will also describe a simple way of improving light output efficiency by graphene oxides passivation on UV-LED GaN devices.
