金属在含二氧化碳的水环境中之电化学碳化现象（1）
第二届海峡两岸功能材料科技与产业峰会（2015）——Carburization is a heat treatment process in which iron and steel absorbs carbon liberated when the metal is heated in the presence of carbon bearing material. Electrochemical carburization of pure iron in a supercritical carbon-dioxide containing bath was confirmed by STEM/EDS,XPS and AES analyses. During the ECC process in sc-CO2 containing bath, carbon is reduced from carbonic acid diffuses into iron matrix. XPS results indicated that the thickness of amorphous carbon layer increases with increasing cathodic potential.
