Influence of Thermal Reduction Temperature on the humidity sensitivity of graphene oxide
第11届国际应用矿物学大会（ICAM2013）——As the rise of reduction temperature,the humidity sensitivity of GOS gradually disappear and then getting better again.The sensitivity of the elements also decreased first and then increased with the increased reduction degrees.The electrical conductivity of restored graphene oxide gradually changed from n-type semiconductor to p-type semiconductor.
